What an SAP programme includes

An SAP engagement here covers the landscape, the code, and the week after go-live. That means ECC or S/4HANA implementation, ABAP and Fiori for the screens finance and stores actually open, CPI or PI/PO where SAP must talk to another system, and Basis plus AMS so security, transports, and the SLA have an owner. Scopes are written before build starts. The office is in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, and the same team stays on the programme through support.
