We do not treat hosting as a surprise invoice after UAT.

Hosting and the week after launch
Cloud and AMS is the run phase: hosting, backups, patches, and small enhancements under an agreed SLA. It applies to custom applications and to the products we still operate, including portals and SignFlow Pro deployments. You get a named owner and a written line between support and new scope. The practice is based in Navi Mumbai.
