We build warehouse applications for teams that live on the floor: directed pick, putaway, packing, and inventory that has to match the ERP — not a weekend spreadsheet.

The warehouse management system we shipped uses high-speed barcode scanning (YOLOv8 and ZXing), Flutter for handhelds, and APIs back to the host system. Scan latency in production is about 1.8 seconds with 99.95% accuracy on the labelled SKUs we measured.
