Support after Monday.

AMS, Basis, security, patches, and agreed SLAs — the work that starts when the project banner comes down.

Go-live is not the end of the landscape. We stay for application management: incidents, small enhancements, notes, and the Basis jobs nobody wants to own in-house. Security and authorisations are in the same conversation as uptime.

Commercial model is written: AMC or AMS hours, SLAs, named contacts. Custom applications get the same treatment when they sit next to SAP.

Talk AMS

  • AMSIncidents, how-to, and the next small change.
  • BasisTransports, jobs, system health.
  • SecurityRoles, users, and the audit the customer will ask for.
  • SLAWhat we answer, how fast, in writing.

Support that has a name on it

AMS and Basis cover transports, security, patches, and the enhancements that show up once the system is live. The agreement names the owner, the hours, and what counts as a request versus a new scope. Teams in Navi Mumbai already run the implementation can stay on, so the person who knows the landscape is the person who answers.
